Louis Wolff, a merchant, lived with his wife Amanda Wolff until 1933/34 at Am Knappenberg 51.
Louis Wolff moved to Düsseldorf in 1933 or 1934. He was deported from Düsseldorf to Theresienstadt on 21 July 1942. On 26 September, he was transferred from there to Treblinka extermination camp, where he was murdered.
Amanda Wolff was deported on 30 April 1942 from Dortmund to Zamość, where she was murdered.

Two children issued from the marriage. The daughter Lotte, who later married and acquired the surname Heimann, was born in Dortmund on 22 March 1907; the son, Fritz, was born in Dortmund on 2 November 1915. After the war, Lotte Heimann posted claims for compensation.
