Werner Münsterberger, born 15.4.1913 in Hörde
Hermannstr. 26, Hörde
Alfred Münsterberger, a dealer in haberdashery and a former community representative in Hörde, lived up to 1939 with his son at Hermannstrasse 26. Martha Münsterberger, née Spiegel, his wife and the mother of his son, died already in 1928.
Alfred Münsterberger was deported on 29 July 1942 to Theresienstadt and from there on 9 October 1944 to Auschwitz, where he was presumably murdered immediately after his arrival.
His son Sohn Werner Münsterberger fled in 1936 to the Netherlands, where he survived in hiding in Amsterdam. He emigrated in 1947 to New York, where he died on 6 March 2011.
